If you are Google Chrome user then open browser

Go to “Chrome” menu (show as three horizontal lines in the top left corner), when the drop down menu opened click on “Setting”

A new window will open on your screen, now go to at the bottom of the page and select “Show Advanced Settings” ( as shown in the Image).

in the “Show Advanced Setting” you need to search and click “Reset browser settings” button to reset browser settings (as shown in the image).

Now a “confirmation dialog” box will appear to inform you that what will be reset. It will restore browser on the default stage. you need to click on “Reset” button to complete restoration procedure.

Mozilla firefox: If you are Mozilla Firefox user then open browser

  • Go to Firefox’s address bar and type: “about: support”,
  • and press “Enter” button.
  • A page “troubleshooting information” will open you can see a box on the Top-right corner on the “Top-right corner”, you need to click on “reset button”.

A “confirmation dialog box” will appears again to ask “are you sure to reset Mozilla firefox to its initial state?”

Now your Firefox will turn off itself and will get back to its initial settings. Now a new dialog box will open with some information, that was imported. You need to click on “finish”. A window will list the information that was imported. Click on the “Finish“.
